This hotel is conveniently located near the airport making it an excellent option for travelers arriving or departing from the city. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with all necessary amenities available. the staff is highly professional and friendly, always willing to assist guests with any needs. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the view from some of the rooms is breathtaking.

While the staff is generally helpful and accommodating, there were some issues with the service that left a bit to be desired.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room provided us with all necessary amenities and was exceptionally clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was particularly convenient as it was easily accessible from the airport. We were very impressed with the warm hospitality of the staff, particularly with Mr. Ayush and his team Isha, Jasbir, Priyanshu, and Abhishek. They were very helpful and accommodating to all our needs.

The hotel's location was convenient and gave easy access to key areas of the city. The fact that the hotel provided lounge facilities and in-house dining was also a plus. it was a great experience celebrating the New Year at this hotel.

There's not much to complain about, but the only drawback was that the room service was a bit slow at times. However, it wasn't a significant inconvenience and didn't affect the overall experience.
